Team profile

Jayson Potts

President and CFO

President and CFO-level partner leading IPO, merger, ERP, and turnaround engagements across oil and gas, midstream, manufacturing, and long-term care clients.

Jayson is the operator clients call when the numbers, the systems, and the deadline are all fighting each other at once. He builds the plan, staffs it, and closes it out.

He works through customized solutions that often find money nobody knew was there. Over the last decade he has saved clients more than $8 million, redeployed into other initiatives. He has led $7.5 billion in transaction value across IPO, reverse merger, and acquisition integration work.

It is a discipline of its own to coordinate fractional engagements well.
