My career spans more than 30 years of hands-on financial leadership, growing companies from $1.5 million to $5 billion, across capital raises, business restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and operational turnarounds.
I lead the firm on a single conviction: every business we serve is an ecosystem of families, livelihoods, and futures. The work is entrusted to us, not owned by us.
