· Creating financial reporting and management reporting in line with strategic goals · Financial Reporting accuracy and compliance · Forecasting and planning for exit scenario and subsequent year performance management · Multi-entity, multi-location growth and contraction modeling and working cashflow forecasting · Internal Accounting team development of internal processes and procedures, month-end close schedules and supporting documentation.
· OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT: Developing full-service account management service models utilizing internal team, onshore and offshore resources. Onboarding structured processes & procedures to enhance customer experience resulting in higher client retention and customer cross-sales growth.
· Topline organic revenue growth ranging from 18-21% annually for five years in a row and three years of 100% client retention · Increasing EBITA margins from 8% to 25% in less than 5 years through topline sales growth, expense, and operations management · Launching enhanced client services platform resulting in three years of 100% client renewals

Exit strategy planning includes a multi-year plan for growth including brand enhancement, market differentiation and a scalable sales and operations model.
